3 years of free factory warranty service and parts is included with every new Rio 2e printer. Up to 2 additional years can be purchased. A free loan printer is available in the event a service center repair is required. (North America, EU, and selected other countries only). Competitors can charge several hundred dollars for a similar warranty.
