Developer Kit Option 1: smartcard technology
The developer Kit Option 1 is composed by a CD with the necessary installation files for development (1 KeyFive Builder, 2 Keyfive Readers and 10 blank cards). The integration is a one-step process, sample source code is included, and the way it works internally is really simple.
For each application you will need to acquire 1 reader and 1 license.
Developer Kit Option 2: Pen License Key
The developer Kit Option 2 is composed by a CD with the necessary installation files for development (1 Keyfive Reader with 1 License and 10 USB Pen License Key).
For each application you will need to acquire 1 USB Pen.
KeyFive Reader
KeyFive Reader Is a Smartcard reader which reads both your administrator card and issued licenses.
Key Builder
Is a Smartcard writer that connects to the USB port, a good solution to work with developer station.
