Plastic Card Printing From Your ID Card Experts
For a number of our customers, it is not practical for them to either own a card printer or print their own cards given cost, skill set and/or time constraints. A preferred option for them is to utilize our Card Service Bureau which allows them to receive custom full-color cards when they need them with minimal effort. Customers simply provide us with their graphic artwork and specifications and a short-time later they receive custom cards from us without having to buy a card printer and eliminating the headaches of printing cards.
Some common applications for these cards include employee badges, student IDs, membership cards and loyalty cards. Our card printing service can be a great low cost alternative when small quantities are needed, as well as for large quantities when you don't want to overburden your existing capabilities.
The standard card used by our card printing service bureau is a white, PVC, CR-80 card with 30 mil thickness (basically, the size and thickness of a credit card).
From this, customers can choose a variety of options:
- Color: if you want something more unique than a white card, you choose from over 15 other card colors.
- Thickness: thinner 10 or 20 mil cards are also available
- Material: As an alternative to the standard PVC card, we also have composite and "green" cards.
- Magnetic Stripe: Cards can come with either a Hi-Co or Lo-Co magnetic stripe and we can even encode the cards if you want.
- Numbering: We can provide sequential or random numbering - just let us know what range you want us to use.
- Barcode or QR Codes: By themselves or in conjunction with our card numbering option.
- Expedited Turnaround: If you need your cards right away, let us know and we'll see what we can do (we can do as fast as 24-hour turnaround if needed).
